1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. Should there be any significant delay, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 2-4 Business days

  • International Shipping: 5-8 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs processes, carrier issues, or factors outside our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Kea & Honu is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Keep all packaging materials and the damaged items before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
